Five doctors face disciplinary action from the Florida Board of Medicine after misdiagnosing ailments or performing incorrect surgeries on patients. Doctors Robert Howard, Henry Norris, Rajeev Tangri, David Williams, and Kenneth Allwood face thousands of dollars in fines and several hours of medical training and community service.
The most serious charges involve Dr. Howard, a cosmetic surgeon, who is scheduled to relinquish his medical license after misdiagnosing an abdominal condition that led to a woman's death.
